Он совершил два преступления, связанных с обманом клиента на сумму 30 тыс. рублей за возврат автомобиля и 300 тыс. рублей за уменьшение объема обвинения. Адвокат не имел намерения выполнить обещания и присвоил полученные деньги.
В ходе следствия были арестованы автомобиль и денежные средства на счетах обвиняемого. Уголовное дело передано в Элистинский городской суд.
