❗️Прокуратура Камчатского края обжаловала приговор по уголовному делу в отношении экс-депутата Заксобрания Игоря Редькина.
«Сторона государственного обвинения полагает, что при рассмотрении дела в суде допущены процессуальные нарушения, в этой связи в представлении поставлен вопрос о полной отмене приговора и возвращении уголовного дела на новое судебное рассмотрение», - говорится в сообщении ведомства.
В принципе, может и на эти «процессуальные нарушения» не обратили бы внимание, да вот только дело в том, что новость вышла на федеральный уровень. И некоторые политики и общественники возмутились столь мягким приговором. В итоге надзорному ведомству пришлось обратить больше внимания на это дело.
