Первые соображения на сей счет появились еще в ноябре прошлого года, когда Якушев был врио секретаря генсовета, обозначив ключевые задачи сторонников помимо электоральной работы, поддержку участников СВО и членов их семей.
Также партфункционер напоминает, чтобы сегодня стороннику стать членом партии, необходимо пробыть в этом статусе минимум полгода, однако, других критериев для этого нет, но их стоит ввести.
«Не должно быть так, что человек заявление написал, шесть месяцев пробыл сторонником и потом просто получил право вступить в партию», — подчеркнул Владимир Якушев.
Становится понятно, институт сторонников из формального инструмента предпартийного «отстойника» для новобранцев, станет более строгим по оценочным параметрам претендентов на членство в партии, в первую очередь, через реальную деятельность в статусе сторонников, а не пассивное ожидание своего партбилета.
