По сведениям агентства, чиновника задержали сотрудники Главного следственного управления МВД. Ему предъявили обвинение по статье «Злоупотребление полномочиями служащими коммерческих или иных организаций» УК КР.
В Первомайском районном суде журналистам сообщили, что Абылаев водворён в СИЗО-1 Бишкека. Под стражей он будет находиться до 2 декабря.
