Больше всего сократились налоговые доходы Мурманской области (на 66,7%, или 13,3 млрд), Красноярского края (на 61,2%, 44,4 млрд), Хакасии (на 56,7%, 2,5 млрд), Чукотского АО (на 53,2%, 1,6 млрд), Дагестана (на 49,7%, 3,5 млрд), Липецкой области (на 42,5%, 4,1 млрд), Курской области (на 39,6%, 3,6 млрд), Тюменской области (на 34,1%, 5,5 млрд), Вологодской области (на 31,5%, 3,4 млрд) и Кузбасса (на 31,4%, 7,6 млрд).
