4 марта 1946 года принято решение об организации военно-морского училища с дислокацией в Севастополе.

Училище в течение 1946–1948 годов должно было готовить командиров малых кораблей со сроком обучения два года. Новое училище в официальной переписке получило название в/ч 69202. Первым послевоенным начальником училища был назначен кап. 1 ранга Ю.В. Ладинский. Старые опытные кадры преподавателей и командиров училища отсутствовали. Некоторые, пройдя войну, служили в других местах. Учебного оборудования фактически не было, все надо было создавать и организовывать вновь.
Так возродилось ЧВВМУ им. П.С. Нахимова (имя прославленного адмирала училищу присвоено в 1952 г) образованное в 1937 году и успешно действующее поныне.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals.
