Так, к примеру, отечественную льняную отрасль исходно надо формировать под задачу одеть весь мир в экологически безупречный русский лён, что станет восстановлением мировой монополии России на лён, которая была ею утеряна в результате развала СССР. Под это расширять посевы, возвращать в оборот пахотные земли и внедрять новые технологические платформы как выращивания льна, так и прядения и обработки льняных тканей. Именно такая философия преобразующих индустрий вполне может выступить действенным механизмом структурной перестройки российской экономики.
