В резолюции отмечается:
«Основываясь на принципе свободного выбора, принимая за главную ценность мнение каждого жителя нашего региона, мы заявляем о намерении провести Референдум по вопросу вхождения Запорожской области в состав Российской Федерации в качестве полноправного субъекта»
