📍Ух ты, а СБЕР-то не врет. Видели, что недавно на сайте «Домклик» появилась сноска: «Лимиты по семейной ипотеке заканчиваются. Успей получить кредит, пока программа активна»? Я сначала не придал этому особого значения и подумал, что это такой маркетинговый ход, мол, налетай, успевай.
Но потом, на днях, прозвучал другой тревожный звоночек: с 29 августа банк «Уралсиб» перестал выдавать семейную ипотеку, ибо закончился лимит.
В общем, вчера я полез в оперативную отчетность по выдачам и стал считать. И как оказалось, увы, с лимитами по семейной ипотеке все не очень хорошо. У СБЕР-а они закончатся в течение месяца, следующий в очереди — «Россельхозбанк» и «Альфа-Банк». Ну а всего лимитов по семейной ипотеке осталось на 2 месяца.
🔖 Я даже думаю, что общих лимитов по семейке осталось где-то на месяц. Ведь как только они закончатся у СБЕР-а, люди сразу же побегут одобряться, вспомнив, как резко и неожиданно изменили программу IT-ипотеки после того, как закончились лимиты. . 🔗ТГ канал «Лабиринт инвестора» . #мониторинг_рынка

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
