На сегодняшний день это самый всеохватывающий доклад по открытости данных по регионам.
На первых трех местах по общей оценке идут Франция, Польша и Украина, а на последних трёх Албания, Мальта и Босния и Герцеговина. Последний случай особый, там отставание от стран ЕС наиболее серьёзно.
