Спустя определенное время соцработник снова созванивается с семьей для обратной связи. Узнает информацию: позвонил ли представитель профильного ведомства, удалось ли решить вопрос и намечают дальнейший план работы», – рассказала министр социальной защиты Ольга Орлова.
