Now the dreaming period is subdivided into four stages.
The first stage is the longest... and it's the best... During that stage, the dream is beautiful.
The second stage... is not quite so long... and it's a little unsettling... and there's an element of instability in it... a certain touch of insecurity...
In the third stage which is not... again so long... the forces of light and the forces of darkness of good and of evil are equally balanced... and things are beginnig to look rather dangerous.
Now in the fourth stage, which is the shortest of them all... The negative, dark or evil side triumphs and the whole thing blows up... and so then there's a waking period before the whole thing starts again...

'Wild West' It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
