Решила сама налепить))
Для теста: 🔵яйцо 2 шт 🔵мука примерно 500 гр 🔵вода 200 мл 🔵немного соли
Все просто: яйца смешиваем с водой, добавляем немного соли. И сыпем муку небольшими порциями до состояния мягкого эластичного теста.
Начинка у меня - картошка с луком и лисичками.
Формочка для лепки моя не очень мне нравится, поэтому нашла для вас классную вот такую (вырубка для теста идет в подарок). А еще попалась вот такая забавная))
