Среди пленарной недели я специально приехал из Москвы, чтобы провести встречу с жителями МКД Выборгского района. Собственники написали на моё имя коллективное обращение, где отмечают, что уже несколько лет борются с ТСЖ, которое получило доступ к управлению МКД путем подделки бюллетеней и протоколов общего собрания собственников.
