Кстати в моей голове эти Белорусская и Ленинградский плюс минус близко.
Из историко-географии: когда я приходила на рынок (2008) к 2 из 3 запросов были про Юго-запад. Но перемещение Сбербанка и Газпрома/Газпромнефти ситуацию изменило (2013-2015).
Сейчас- 2 из 3 запросов это Сити, третий - ленинградка.
