Из года в год вопрос дефицита воды превращается в глобальную проблему, заявила депутат парламента Кыргызстана Миргул Темирбаева.
По ее словам, проблема особенно остро стоит в южных регионах, где полив осуществляется лишь несколько раз. Темирбаева спросила у первого замминистра водных ресурсов Жаныбека Керималиева о причинах дефицита воды и предположила, что вода может продаваться соседям.
Керималиев назвал слухи о продаже воды необоснованными и отметил, что в соглашениях с соседями объемы поставок воды четко определены.
"Продажа воды - это всего лишь слухи. По моим наблюдениям, нет никакой продажи воды. Дефицит может появиться по причине погодных и климатических изменений. Если нет снега, нет и боковых водоисточников, отсюда и появляется дефицит воды", - сказал чиновник.
