Как ранее днём отметил Ушаков, на переговорах в Эр-Рияде стоит вопрос о том, чтобы договориться, как начинать переговоры по Украине. Также он подчеркнул, что переговоры будут двусторонними.
Украина же устами Зеленского заявила, что не будет участвовать в завтрашних переговорах США и РФ, «даже если попросят». Но просить, видимо, и не собирались.
