Поезд Деда Мороза прибыл в Псковскую область 4 января в рамках масштабного новогоднего тура.
Днем поезд прибыл на железнодорожный вокзал Пскова. Здесь детей и их родителей встречали Дед Мороз, его внучка Снегурочка и другие сказочные персонажи. Гости смогли побывать в передвижной резиденции Деда Мороза, увидеть сказочную деревню, посетить кукольный театр и выпить чай с зимними волшебниками. Далее поезд отправился в Дно.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
