«ПРОВМЫЗА впервые в подобной экспозиции, напоминающей литургийную организацию работ, представляет в определенном смысле то, чем занимаются или то, что «обслуживают» художники — исчезновение, смывание, стирание, утопия. Говоря про состояние непорочности, что равноценно зыбкости бытия, ПРОВМЫЗА выходит за пределы возможного нового мира, и предлагает рассмотреть реальность, в которой метафизический образ превращен в вещность земли.» — арт-критик и искусствовед Карина Караева.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
