Выход- 9 оладушек 💛полбанана 💛1 яйца 🟤1 ст л рисовой муки 🟤0,5 ст л пшеничной муки 🔵семена чиа (по желанию)
Готовим👩🏼🍳 ⚪️Банан и яйца взбить блендером (или вилкой), добавить муку и чиа (по желанию) и дать настояться (при возможности минут 7-10) ⚪️все хорошо перемешиваем ⚪️Обжариваем на сухой сковороде с двух сторон. Подаем с любыми ягодами/ фруктами или творогом

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added.
