Именно в этот день, 3 декабря 1953 года, Президиум Верховного Совета СССР издал указ «Об образовании Магаданской области», в состав которой были включены районы, округ и город Магадан. К этой дате журнал «Люди Колымы» подготовили серию публикаций об истории наших районов, ныне — муниципальных округов, чтобы ещё раз напомнить о том, в каком прекрасном и стремительно развивающемся регионе мы живём.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects.
