Важно отметить, что суды Краснодарского края - первая и апелляционные инстанции вынесли решение согласно которому житель с. Мысхако Сергей Ляушин должен снести свой дом, но сам он считает, что это лишь механизм давления на него.
Сергей Ляушин обращается главному прокурору страны с просьбой дать правовую оценку выводу земельных участков в с. Мысхако г. Новороссийск из государственной собственности.
