От источника в правоохранительных органах стало известно, что в Санкт-Петербурге силовыми структурами задержан местный житель, подозреваемый в оправдании террористической деятельности.
По словам нашего собеседника, речь идет об оправдании деятельности т.н. колумбайнеров или скулшутеров.
Задержанный в социальных оправдывал их деятельность и призвал молодых людей к совершению массовых убийств.
Движение «Колумбайн» признанно в в РФ террористической организацией, оправдание ее деятельности квалифицировано-следователями- по ч. 2 ст. 205.2 УК РФ.
По данной статье задержанному грозит до 5 лет лишения свободы.
