Поверить в то, что миллионы предпринимателей сговорились и стали в 2,2 раза чаще нарушать закон, сложно. Все объясняется проще: налоговики активизировались. Количество выездных налоговых проверок выросло в 1,5 раза. А выездные проверки — это лишь 0,02% от всей работы налоговой. За закрытыми тоже ищут тех, от кого можно отгрызть кусочек.
Государство может сколько угодно заявлять, что снижает давление на бизнес. Цифры говорят сами за себя — прессинг нарастает.
Кстати, по статистике налоговой, нарушения находят при 95% налоговых проверок. Получается, лишь пятеро из ста россиян готовы вести бизнес честно. Или дело в заведомо невыполнимых правилах? @nebrexnya
