Казалось бы, ну и о чем тут думать? А есть проблема. Если заметно ужесточить условия по льготной ипотеке, то будет гораздо сложнее рассказывать про социальную ориентированность бюджета накануне выборов. Да и в целом трудности с покупкой жилья оптимизма людям не добавят.
А после выборов можно делать что угодно, оставив граждан без льготной ипотеки, с драконовскими ценами на жилье, да еще и банкротством девелоперов — потому что никто их квартиры по сегодняшним рыночным ценам покупать не будет.
Похоже, в 2024 году самым интересным месяцем станет даже не март, а апрель. @nebrexnya
