У мэра Тюмени Максима Афанасьева появятся два новых заместителя. Должности в администрации города займут главы департаментов дорожной инфраструктуры и земельных отношений и градостроительства Евгений Сорокин и Дмитрий Иванов. О кадровых назначениях Афанасьев сообщил в своем телеграм-канале.
К исполнению обязанностей заместителей мэра Сорокин и Иванов приступили с понедельника, 23 сентября. Оба зама продолжат руководить департаментами. При этом Сорокину глава города доверит также курирование работы управ административных округов.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news.
