На нём он проехал по центральной площади Владивостка, протаранил несколько автомобилей, пытался скрыться от ГИБДД, но был задержан в районе Светланской, 41. Мужчина зарегистрирован по месту жительства в Хабаровске, но ранее проживал в Приморье. Организована доследственная проверка по ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
