Работаю с ольтеновским гро каноном, покажу процесс. Если вкратце: ничего непонятно! Попробовала наложить сетку на слово из спесимена, где на вертикальный штрих приходится 4 юнита — не сработало! А 5 юнитов сработало, но это странно, если у остальных студентов в измерениях будет 4 юнита на стем, а у меня 5, сложно будет сравнивать. И вдруг сработала сетка на 2 юнита на стем. Я пыталась всё уменьшать шаг, а надо было увеличить. Определила апроши и с помощью плагина юнитайзер создала сетку в Глифс, начала делать вектор. Экспортировала шрифт и наложила на скан, паттерн работает! Но! Заметила, что /a /i /f имеют увеличенные апроши, а /i /f ещё и удлиненные засечки. Добавила им по пол-юнита с обеих сторон и всё встало на места. Пока у меня больше вопросов, чем ответов. В сканах из двух разных книг шрифт выглядит разным по насыщенности, но паттерн работает и там, и там. Как найти нужную насыщенность? Пока меня не устраивает вес нижних засечек, но не хочется превратить шрифт в брусковый, всё-таки он заголовочный.
