Я, напротив, считаю - нужно а) повысить лимиты выплат по договорам ОСАГО и б) выплачивать полную сумму компенсации ущерба водителю, имеющему полис и признанному потерпевшим в ДТП с участием «бесполисного» водителя. А впоследствии эта сумма должна взыскиваться страховщиком в порядке регресса с виновника аварии.
Оба законопроекта на эти темы разработаны мной вместе с коллегами по фракции ЛДПР и внесены в Госдуму.
