У нас с Викой несоизмеримо больше информации о произошедшем: время, место, детали и приметы, фото, аудио и подробности. Поэтому именно мои жалобы и заявления в интересах Вики должны быть первыми, "пилотными". Так надо, потому что надо именно так. Другие жалобы могут их догнать и подкрепить, но наоборот – нет.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
