Напомним, приговор по уголовному делу против Алексея и Олега Навальных, которое было возбуждено на основании одного документа — заявления французского бизнесмена Брюно Лепру, адресованного главе СКР Александру Бастрыкину, в октябре 2017 года ЕСПЧ признал вынесенным с нарушением статей 6 и 7 Европейской конвенции (о праве на справедливое судебное разбирательство и о наказании только на основании закона).
В заявлении Брюно Лепру не было указания ни на какие конкретные деяния братьев Навальных — только просьба провести проверку, потому что компании «мог быть причинен ущерб в крупном размере». Но для СКР этого оказалось вполне достаточно — и братьям Навальным предъявили обвинение в хищении 55,184,767 рублей.
