Прогнозируемый общий объем доходов областного бюджета на предстоящий год – 14, 68 млрд рублей, расходы на 203 млн больше – 14,89 млрд рублей. Бо́льшая часть расходов, 14,08 млрд рублей, приходится на реализацию госпрограмм области. В проекте предусмотрены все действующие в 2022 году меры социальной поддержки, а также сохранен уровень расходов на питание и медикаменты, коммунальные услуги.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
