Россиян будут штрафовать на 15 тысяч рублей за входную дверь, которая открывается наружу, штраф увеличили сразу на треть, пишут СМИ.
По правилам безопасности дверь должна открываться внутрь, чтобы не мешать соседям эвакуироваться в случае ЧС.
Помимо штрафа владельцев квартир обяжут установить дверь по нормам.
