В разработке закона, регулирующего риелторскую деятельность, наметился неожиданный поворот. В документе планируется разрешить российским регионам самостоятельно решать, создавать им специализированные реестры агентов по недвиге или нет. Об этом рассказала зампред комитета Госдумы по строительству и ЖКХ Светлана Разворотнева.
Также выяснилось, что собирать риелторов в реестры планируется через «Госуслуги». Для этого физические и юрлица должны будут подходить по ряду требований: быть зарегистрированными в РФ, соответствовать профессиональному стандарту, иметь высшее юридическое образование или договор с имеющим его лицом. Заниматься такой деятельностью не смогут недобросовестные предприниматели и лица, осужденные по особо тяжким статьям.
Законопроект планируется доработать в течение нескольких недель. Затем он будет отправлен на предварительную оценку в правительство. Не совсем понимаем, в чем смысл подобного закона, который, к примеру, заработает в 5%, ну или даже в 50% регионов. Что даст такой эксперимент? 🤔
