А вот тем, кто через него что-то покупал в Китае или у братьев-казахов стоит напрячься. В том же списке появились даже средние менеджеры офиса ВТБ в Китае. Так что за транзакции с Углеметом могут и покарать. А значит, наши дорогие азиатские партнёры будут их избегать. Со всеми вытекающими. Ищем новые пути параллельного импорта ;)
