А вернее про миллиардные вложения, строительство домов и самолётной площадки. На днях стало известно, что «РусГидро» построит ещё семь домов за 36 миллионов рублей для топ-менеджеров в элитном красноярском посёлке Сосны на участке 171 по улице Лесной. Дочка компании «УК ГидроОГК» (ОГРН 1025203040136) заключила контракт на разработку документации в ноябре 2024 года за 22,3 миллиона рублей. Проект должны подготовить к маю 2025-го. Кроме того, заказана и разработка дизайн-проектов для будущих домов, которая обойдётся в 6,3 миллиона рублей. А 7,7 миллиона заплатили за снос старых зданий, расчистку территории, вырубку деревьев и установку ограждений. Участок 171 на улице Лесной принадлежал государству и использовался как федеральная дача.
