Генпрокуратура требует взыскать 100% долей ООО «ДМЕ Холдинг», владеющего аэропортом «Домодедово». По версии ведомства, аэропорт находится под иностранным контролем: владелец Дмитрий Каменщик имеет гражданство Турции и ОАЭ, а глава наблюдательного совета Валерий Коган — гражданство Израиля.
Генпрокуратура утверждает, что Каменщик и Коган, имея иностранные гражданства, нарушали российское законодательство, распоряжаясь активами стратегического предприятия и выводя прибыль за границу. Также они якобы «саботировали» развитие и модернизацию аэропорта, а выделенные государством бюджетные средства расходовались бесконтрольно и похищались.
