По результатам проверки прокурором материалы направлены в следственный орган, который возбудил уголовное дело по факту оказания услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности.
Помимо этого, руководителю МУП «Орскгортранс» внесено представление. Ход устранения выявленных нарушений, а также расследование уголовного дела находятся на контроле надзорного ведомства.
