В минувшие выходные я с трудом вырвался с корабля на бал, точнее с акции экопункта РЕ.АКЦИЯ на экологичный фестивале на территории культурного центра ЗИЛ.
Я преследовал несколько целей:
1) пообщаться с сотрудниками Food Waster, а также немного поделиться собранной на акции органикой (заполнил бочку на 20 л, в основном хлебобулочными сушеными изделиями)
2) встретиться со знакомой эко-активистской, которая координирует проект Верни стакан @bogosveta5
В целом, я остался доволен, нашёл для себя вкусную и интересную тему- сушёные грибы (белые и лисички) в виде чипсов! До чего же это божественный вкус 👏👏👏 Ещё понравились адыгейские сыры.
P. S. Сделал видеорепортаж с места преступления, где по горячим 👣👣👣 следам было выявлено нарушение по обращению с органикой и произведено спасение. 🧐
