Друзья, сегодня мы готовы принимать ваши поздравления с Днем рождения! 1 февраля фонду исполнилось 18 лет!

Мы подумали — каким был бы мир без нашего фонда?

Сколько семей оказались бы разлучены со своими детьми? А сколько детей остались бы жить в учреждениях, не попав в приемные семьи? Сколько семей, принявших детей на воспитание, не получили бы профессиональной поддержки? Сколько малышей осталось бы одиночестве переживать длительное и болезненное лечение в больницах? Мы посчитали и точно знаем эти цифры — они в карусели.

Это итоги работы в течении 18 лет около 300 сотрудников фонда, включая нянь и учителей и 14 тысяч волонтеров. Вот так нас много!

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
