Русские на оружейной выставке IDEX 2025 в Абу Даби показали свой новый ЗРК Панцирь СМД-Э, в виде отдельного боевого модуля.
Его можно устанавливать на разные шасси или стационарные платформы.

У этой версии Панциря отсутствуют 30 мм зенитные автоматические пушки и вместо них внедрили новые ракеты ТКБ-1055.

Новый ЗРК Панцирь сверхмалой дальности может поражать различные воздушные цели, включая малые беспилотники, используя 48 ракет ТКБ-1055 на дальность 7 км и на максимальную высоту 5 км или 12 ракет 57Э6 на дальность 20 км и максимальная высота 15 км, или же комбинировать ими.

Данная система оптимизирована с точки зрения экономической эффективности для уничтожения БПЛА
