1. Лист слоеного теста разрезать пополам и на треугольники. 2. Сделать небольшой надрез с широкого края для удобства скручивания. 3. Выложить чайную ложку варенки на каждый треугольник , сверху посыпать измельчёнными грецкими орехами. 4. Закрутить круассан от широкого края к узкому и выложить на пергамент. 5. Смазать взбитым яйцом будущие круассаны и посыпать сверху орехами. 6. Выпекать 25 минут при температуре 180 градусов .
