Затейливый дом с шатрами в Челябинске (Каслинская, 137)

Мещанин Александр Лукич Рябинин, владелец кожевенного завода и торговец рыбой, приобрел шестикомнатный деревянный дом в 1894 году. Позднее, в период с 1911 по 1916 год, Рябинин перестроил здание в стиле русской теремной архитектуры. Главный фасад оформлен тремя декоративными башенками с шатровыми крышами, а оконные проёмы украшены резными наличниками.

В конце 1980-х — начале 1990-х гг. старинный дом отреставрировали: особняку вернули утраченные со временем резные элементы, переделали веранду, установили металлическую ограду и трехчастные новые ворота.

Сейчас в здании расположен Центр реставрации.

For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.
