Другой владелец этой фирмы – «Р-эстейт» казанского бизнесмена Джаудата Миннахметова. В Казани же зарегистрирован и «Самолет-лотос».
Партнеры намерены вместе застроить территорию площадью 113 га в Советском районе города рядом с коттеджным поселком «Абу-Даби» и загородным комплексом «Дубай».
