Что же должно быть в составе идеальной томатной пасты? И я Вам не открою секрет - это 🍅. Да и все, дорогие мои!
Никаких больше добавок. Конечно же не все так ужасно, когда есть в составе вода, соль, сахар. Но хочется все же не разбавленных томатов 😉
Паста не должна содержать искусственных консервантов, красителей и ароматизаторов. Очень часто добавляют - бензоат натрия.
ДЛЯ ЧЕГО? Это вещество выступает в роли синтетического консерванта, препятствующего размножению бактерий, образованию плесени, токсинов. Их добавляют в продукты с целью увеличения срока годности.
