Глава Северной Осетии Сергей Меняйло сегодня сообщил, что в 2025 году в республике по по программе «Земский доктор»/«Земский фельдшер» будут устроены 24 врача и 2 фельдшера.
Врачи получат за это по 1 миллиону рублей, фельдшеры — по 500 тысяч рублей.
За время работы программы удалось привлечь в села республики более 200 специалистов.
Проблема в том, что некоторые медики, которые проходят по программе, или вообще не работают в селах (такие факты есть в Дигорском и Ирафском районах), или же спустя 5 лет быстро-быстро уезжают и место становится вновь вакантным. С этим нужно разбираться.
