По факту работы не выполнили, а мусор сожгли в вырытой яме. Однако заказчик работы принял. Ущерб по делу оценивается в 46 млн рублей.

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
