По предварительной информации, сумма взятки не велика - около 120 тысяч рублей. Весь цимус ситуации в том, что дело против Монастырева завели на основе показаний экс-начальника Центрального ОЭБиПК Александра Умерова.
Умеров ждёт суда по куда более крупному взяточничеству. Предприниматель Владимир Костюченко рассказал, что за все время сотрудничества передал в том числе Умерову за крышу подпольных казино более 19 млн рублей.
