Из-за нехватки электроэнергии правительство Украины обратилось с просьбой о импорте электричества к пяти соседним государствам, сообщили в Минэнерго Украины.
Объем импорта 30 ноября составил 11 747 МВт в час, а максимальная мощность в отдельные часы достигала 1 165 МВт.
Электроэнергию запросили у Польши, Румынии, Словакии, Венгрии и Молдавии.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
