Все плохо:
1. Маркетинговое название - колхозное - "Дмитровское Небо"
2. Планировки колхозное говно - одни студии
3. Визуализации и фасады - говно - что это за две жирные башни и какой-то Питерский секционник. Любят в Питере всякие Сетлы такой треш строить. Как эту питерскую заразу можно было в Москву притащить и согласовать.
4. Колхозники выходят всегда по оверпрайсу и жёстко обсераются - брать на старте просто нет смысла, потому что после 1-2 месяца поноса, врубят скидки и начнут продавать дешевле.

Так же в планах:
1. Соймоновский, 3
2. Обручева, 30А - вот тут можно строить настоящий бизнес-класс, но сами понимаете, что в случае колхозников по качеству будет как Ленинградка 38 или ЗИЛАрт
3. Зубовский - который забрали на аукционе дома. Возможно там нужная дорожка протоптана.
